• Contribute to the design and production of digital advertising campaigns supporting marketing initiatives, working within Dyn brand guidelines
  • Fulfill advertising needs including layout and production of display banners, static and animated ads, image carousels, native ads, and occasional print ads
  • Fulfill design needs for recurring presentations and webinars
  • Provide photo selects and crops for social editorial calendar
  • Provide support with research, concepts, mock-ups & presentation
  • Support Visual Design Manager and collaborate with other freelance designers, Marketing teams and internal clients
  • Perform within tight deadlines and adhere to project calendars
  • Maintain the existing file management structure and request process
  • Stay abreast of new design trends, functionalities, best practices, and competitor work
  • BFA or equivalent degree in graphic design
  • A strong online portfolio that demonstrates layout/composition, color theory and aesthetic coherence
  • Strong emphasis on typography
  • Fluency in Mac based platform
  • Highly proficient with use of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Web design / development experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Knowledge of online/digital media processes and web/mobile standards and how these inform the development of digital output
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Must be committed, reliable and capable of working well both independently and as a part of a team
  • Highly motivated, organized, proactive, enthusiastic and resourceful, with the ability to work on a number of different and varied projects at one time, often under quick deadlines
  • Ability to manage expectations, set deadlines and follow up on projects with a sense of urgency
