• We're looking for self-motivated people with close attention to detail to join our team as Quality Assurance Analysts. In this role, candidates will:
  • Review quality across a variety of experiences to ensure good user experiences;
  • Review and label data points to improve quality signals
  • Identify patterns and trends in day-to-day tasks
  • Provide feedback to cross functional product teams and engineers that will help improve quality of our product
  • Quality Assurance Analyst; team member is responsible for providing ops quality assurance support across products and experiences to support quality improvements and technology development across products and experiences.
  • Ability to quickly absorb training on product and tool functionality, strong attention to detail, self-starter, communicates clearly verbally and via email
  • Experienced user on mobile and web, ability to perform well autonomously, penchant for web technology (consumer of various web and mobile apps)
  • Strong interest in quality and user experience
  • Critical thinker—ability to identify data-driven trends and insights to share across teams
